Lamar Central spent more than a decade in planning stages – and has finally debuted! The office and retail project by Houston-based developer Highland Resources Inc., opened its doors this month.

Jewelry maven Kendra Scott took the entire top floor and expanded before the building even opened – now occupying a total of 65,000 square feet. Regus, the national co-working and executive suite provider, snagged 18,029 square feet, too. Both office tenants are expected to move in in March. Mark Greiner, Melissa Totten and Bob Wynn with Cushman & Wakefield/Oxford Commercial handled the office leasing, and now, there’s just 10,000 square feet left.

Office tenants are joined by retail tenants Westlake Dermatology, Chameleon Hospitality and a Denver-based eatery called Snooze an A.M. Eatery. Snooze is known for serving amazing breakfasts from before sunrise through lunch, which sounds like anything but a bore!
